Agreement
By joining the Meridian Discord, using the Meridian indicator, or using the meridianengine.co website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the products.
What Meridian offers
Meridian offers two things:
- The Meridian Discord: a community where I post a daily bias, plus predictions around news events like FOMC and CPI, educational content, and general discussion channels. Paid plans give full access. A free tier with limited access is also available. The bias and predictions are my own opinion, not an automated system, and are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
- The Meridian indicator: a separate, fully automated TradingView script that provides a directional bias on the daily candle, locked at 9:30 New York time. It is an analytical tool only, and it is free to members of the Meridian Discord.
Neither product constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All trading decisions and their consequences are yours alone. You do not need a paid plan to use the indicator.
Discord access
Paid Discord access is tied to your Discord account and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. We reserve the right to revoke access if we determine it is being used by more than one person or in breach of these terms or Discord's own Terms of Service, which also apply to your use of the server.
Indicator access
The indicator is provided free of charge through a private TradingView link posted in the Meridian Discord. It is available to server members, may not be shared, transferred, or resold, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time, including if you leave the server or breach these terms. A TradingView account is required, and real-time futures data requires a separate data subscription through TradingView, billed by them independently.
Free trial
Paid Discord plans include a 3-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you do not cancel, your card is charged automatically for the plan you selected, monthly or lifetime, and billing continues from there under the terms below.
Subscriptions and billing
Monthly Discord subscriptions are billed automatically each month through Whop. You may cancel at any time from your Whop account at whop.com/orders. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not entitle you to a refund of the current period.
Lifetime Discord access is a one-time payment that grants permanent access to the paid Discord for as long as it exists.
All sales are final once a billing period has started. We do not offer refunds. The 3-day trial and the monthly plan exist so you can evaluate Meridian before committing to lifetime access. The free tier and the free indicator are also available to try first.
Updates
We may update or withdraw either offering at any time. Discord content and the indicator's updates are delivered without requiring reinstallation. We do not guarantee any specific feature, message format, or channel will be maintained in future versions, though we will not intentionally remove core functionality without notice.
Performance disclaimer
Indicator accuracy figures shown on this website are derived from backtesting on historical TradingView data. Backtested results are hypothetical: they do not represent real trading, cannot account for slippage, commissions, or the psychological pressure of live risk, and are prepared with the benefit of hindsight.
The Discord bias and predictions do not carry a backtested statistic. Past bias posts, whether right or wrong, do not indicate future results for the Discord or the indicator. Trading futures, cryptocurrencies, and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor.
Intellectual property
Meridian and all associated code, content, bias posts, and materials are owned by Meridian. Access does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or repost the script or Discord content outside the server.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of either product, including trading losses of any kind. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with a product is to cancel your subscription.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of either product will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. There is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought, heard, or arbitrated as a class, collective, or representative action, and you and Meridian each waive any right to participate in one.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the last revision. Continued use of either product after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
